Up to 20 characters, though shorter names (around 10–12) render largest and clearest. The live preview sizes the lettering for you and stops you when a name won't fit the panel, so you always see exactly what we'll make.

Yes for standard Latin characters including accents — Léo, Chloé and Zoé all render properly. If the name uses a different alphabet, get in touch before ordering and we'll let you know what we can do.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we begin making your order very quickly. Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order if you need to make a change and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

Yes — before you order, not after. The live preview on the product page shows the name exactly as it will appear on the light, so you approve it before adding to cart. We don’t send a separate physical preview, but if anything worries you, contact us before we make it.

Each light is made to order, so we ask for 5 business days to make yours before it ships. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 days across Canada and the United States.

Every light ships wrapped and padded in a sturdy box so it arrives safe. Our gift packaging is almost ready but not quite — if this one’s a present, plan on adding your own wrap for now.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

No — every light has a built-in dusk-to-dawn sensor. It switches itself on when the room gets dark and off again in the morning, so it just quietly does its job night after night.

Blank lights can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Because personalized lights are made specifically for you with a custom name, we can only accept returns on those if they arrive damaged or faulty, or don’t match the preview you approved. If something isn’t right with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right.

If it arrives damaged, send a photo of the light and the packaging through the contact page within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — usually by remaking and reshipping it free, no need to send anything back.
