Every light is made to order. When you personalize a light, the live 3D preview shows the product we will make β what you approve is what we craft. Each piece is individually made, and that's part of what you're buying: minor variations are the nature of a made-to-order product, not defects.
You're responsible for the text you submit β check the spelling before you order, since the name is crafted into the light exactly as approved. We may decline an order whose requested text is offensive or infringes someone else's rights; if we do, you'll be refunded in full.
All prices are in Canadian dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Your order is an offer to purchase, accepted when we confirm it. To change or cancel an order, contact us within 30 minutes of placing it β after that it may already be in production. We may cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error), in which case you receive a full refund.
Made-to-order lights ship within 5 business days. Shipping is free to Canada and the United States. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees; once a parcel is with the carrier, tracking is the best source of truth.

Our lights are designed for indoor household use in standard North American (120Β V) wall outlets. They are nursery dΓ©cor and a night light β not a toy. Install and use them as household electrical products.
The artwork, product designs, site content and the live 3D preview are ours. Personalizing a light for your family is what they're for; reproducing or reselling the designs is not.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be limited.
