Every light is made to order, so we ask for 5 business days to make yours before it ships. Once itβs on its way, delivery typically takes 3β7 business days across Canada and the United States.
When your order ships youβll get a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow it all the way to the door.
Orders within Canada include applicable taxes at checkout. Orders to the United States are shipped from Canada; any import duties or taxes, if they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a parcel is late, lost, or arrives damaged, tell us through the contact page β for damage, include a photo of the light and the packaging within 30 days of delivery. Weβll make it right, usually by remaking and reshipping it free.
We begin making your light quickly. Contact us within 30 minutes of placing an order to change or cancel it and weβll do our best. After that, a personalized order may already be in production β reach out anyway, and if it hasnβt been made yet, weβll fix it.
