Right now we ship to Canada and the United States, and shipping is free. We’re looking to expand — if you’re somewhere else, get in touch and we’ll let you know as soon as we can reach you.
Every light is made to order, so we ask for 5 business days to make yours before it ships. Once it’s on its way, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across Canada and the United States.
When your order ships you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow it all the way to the door.
Orders within Canada include applicable taxes at checkout. Orders to the United States are shipped from Canada; any import duties or taxes, if they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a parcel is late, lost, or arrives damaged, email hello@lightupmynight.com — for damage, include a photo of the light and the packaging within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, usually by remaking and reshipping it free.
We begin making your light quickly. Contact us within 30 minutes of placing an order to change or cancel it and we’ll do our best. After that, a personalized order may already be in production — reach out anyway, and if it hasn’t been made yet, we’ll fix it.
